Sapphire have been supporting our business IT needs for several years now, and we couldn’t be happier with the friendly, yet professional service they provide. Sapphire have provided our computer support for over 12 years. When we completed our building project in 2012 they were instrumental in helping us design a computer system that would work for lots of part time users and hot desking and also providing access to work from home. They recognise we were a charity and helped to ensure a robust system at a fair price. One of the reasons we have stayed with Sapphire so long is their friendly approachable manner. When you call with questions you are always greeted by Colin or Gareth who are extremely personable and capable at the technical roles. They are happy to talk through options with you (in layman's terms) and also prompt at dealing with requests.
